The International Leadership Conference (ILC) concluded at noon on Thursday, April 24th, after 8 days of sharing information on the Generalate, all four Provinces and the Region, deliberating on the revision of international documents, and planning for the future International Spiritual Renewal and Cultural Exchange Program.
The ILC participants, pictured above, included the Provincial or Regional Superior and one additional representative from each Province or Region in conjunction with the General Administration. The internationality of the gathered members was evident in the meeting proceedings with the presence of three interpreters who made communication much more understandable.
This meeting is held several times between General Chapters which occur every six years. The Provinces and Region rotate hosting the meeting. This year the American Province offered its hospitality to the gathering, planning for the housing and details of the meeting site.
