On Friday, October 16, 2009, the new Provincial Leadership was installed by the General Superior, Sr. Sherrey Murphy. This ceremony occured in the chapel of the Japan Provincial House in Himeji.
The Sisters elected by the Provincial Chapter delegates are: Sr. M. Celina Nozu, Provincial Superior, Sr. M. Gratia Maihara, Provincial Vicaress, Sisters Maria Fidelis Furukawa, M. Theodora Wakatsuki, and M. Laetitia Matsunaga. They will serve a 4-year term from 2009 -- 2013.
